"Eco-Schools for Early Years" has been developed to meet the needs of younger children by creating separate award criteria, new guidance and resources aimed specifically at the 0 to 5 years age group.

Mayfield Primary school in North Ayrshire recently raised its Eco Flag and opened a memorial garden to their late Janitor Charlie Mulholland, at its centre is a new greenhouse made from 1500 plastic bottles.
