Environmentalists to Challenge EPA Ruling on Clean Cars

Five nonprofit groups have filed a lawsuit challenging the December 19th decision by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to deny California its request to implement its landmark law limiting global warming pollution from new automobiles.
