EDF and Toyota Announce Hybrid Partnership

EDF and Toyota have announced a technological partnership to evaluate PHV (Plugin Hybrid Vehicles) in Europe with the hope of taking PHVs from prototype to reality. The objective is to reduce the environmental impact of the car, particularly in urban environment.
