Britain's first combined food-grade PET and HDPE recycling facility opened today in East London.

The first ever UK-wide recycled content HDPE (High-density polyethylene, a petroleum based product) bottle will be available from next year, following a landmark agreement between Nampak Plastics Europe and Closed Loop London.
