This summer, Christian Aid is asking people to walk the walk on climate change by joining the longest ever protest march in UK history.

Alongside the March, Christian Aid is encouraging us to send our shoelaces to the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.

Christian Aid is asking the Prime Minister to cut UK companies' carbon emissions and take action internationally, saying:

?We want him to strengthen the upcoming Climate Change Bill and push for other countries to match this at UN talks in Bali in December. We want to deliver thousands [of shoelaces] to the government as a symbol of our demands.?

When you send in your old laces you will receive special Cut the Carbon laces in return. To take part in the petition, call 08700 787 788 and quote F1427. Suggested donation ?1 per lace.
